The Seehuus opened in May 2016 and is idyllically located directly on the lake, just below the campsite. Here you can enjoy a varied selection of freshly prepared dishes – with a focus on regional ingredients and seasonal delicacies.
Whether in the stylishly furnished restaurant, on the covered terrace or in the cosy garden with a view of the water, the Seehuus invites you to linger, enjoy and unwind.

Eating and drinking in our charming restaurant or on the sunny terrace is a treat for all the senses. We put our heart and soul into providing genuine hospitality – personal, warm and attentive. Our kitchen team spoils you daily with exquisite, seasonal dishes prepared with fresh, regional products. Small but fine, we present a menu with daily changing offerings that guarantee variety and quality.
Our stylishly furnished rooms invite you to linger and offer a refined ambience in a relaxed atmosphere. A friendly smile, personal service and fine wines from the region and our neighbouring countries complete your culinary experience with us – whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Restaurant opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 7.30 a.m. Hot meals: 11.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m. & 5.30 p.m. – 8.30 p.m. (The restaurant is closed on Sundays during winter).

Whether you are planning a family outing, a business trip or a short break on Lake Constance, our hotel is the ideal place to relax in Arbon. In one of our 42 spacious, modern rooms, you will find peace, comfort and thoughtful details that make all the difference. Most rooms face south or west and offer a soothing view of the countryside – some even have a balcony or private seating area on the ground floor.
While part of the eastern green space is currently being replaced by new condominiums, our location remains a place of relaxation. The lake, St.Gallen, the Appenzell region and numerous cycling and hiking trails – all of this is right on our doorstep.
Families are also in good hands with us: our spacious family rooms and playroom ensure relaxing and varied days. While the little ones let off steam, you can enjoy some time out on our terrace or in the cosy foyer.

As a guest of the Hotel Seegarten, you can choose to dine in one of our three restaurants.
With «Gnuss3» you can enjoy a unique culinary variety. For each main meal, choose which of the three restaurants you would like to dine in and put together your own 3-course menu from the à la carte menu.
The participating restaurants in Egnach-Wiedehorn, Landgasthof Seelust and Restaurant Seehuus, are within walking distance of each other. The approximately 3-kilometre route between Arbon and Wiedehorn is easy to cover on foot (approx. 35 minutes), by bicycle, car or bus.

Bike-Hotel
The Hotel Seegarten is located directly on the Lake Constance Cycle Route and is certified as a Bike Hotel. Whether you bring your own bike or hire one from our partners, we are the perfect starting point for your tour.
We offer packed lunches for on the go, up-to-date route suggestions, a secure bicycle storage room and a small workshop with repair kits and pumps. After your trip, you can take advantage of shower facilities on your departure day and a convenient laundry service for clothing and shoes.

Great family-run hotel with an excellent restaurant. We had a very spacious room on two floors, and our son really enjoyed having his own little “room” upstairs. Very friendly staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant. Great attention is paid to cleanliness both in the rooms and throughout the entire property. The SBB train station, Arbon Seemoosriet, is within walking distance.

We had dinner outside on the terrace at Restaurant Seegarten and were absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is very appealing. The food was perfect – a true delight for the palate! The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and our beef fillet was melt-in-the-mouth tender. We were equally impressed by the starter and dessert – everything was delicious!
Special mention goes to the service staff. Truly very, very friendly and attentive. We felt extremely welcome! Many heartfelt thanks – we’ll gladly be back!
